Anyway, I was thinking about this subject of movie stars and their ilk (MakePovertyHistory.org/One.org) and the noble cause of making poverty history. I sure am not against it, hurray you deserve a cookie if you can do it, but I think it is somewhat "shortsighted".
I have a million arguments, thoughts, possible materials for a doctoral dissertation lol, but Mr. Jimbob of the Apokalypse summed it all up for me, here is an excerpt:

your mission to Africa gave you first hand experience of abject poverty (and of course in our beloved RP) so you, more than anyone in my loop understand this subject. britney may not be financially poor but she is definitely lacking true riches. so much to pray for talaga!
