A Week of Feasts

It's been a busy week over here.  Our homeschool is in full swing as we celebrate feasts and buried ourselves in schoolwork.  Photos to illustrate:

Feast of St. Therese. The Fenestrae Fidei coloring book is a fave over here

One of her favorite books is Story of A Soul, the autobiography of St. Therese

a dab of oil (or spray like Pam) helps give it that stained-glass look

helping each other

taking a break by skyping with their cousin, not sure if it's the one in Maryland or Texas

baby takes over the board

 we learned about Moral Virtues

a page for the Feast of St. Francis this time

for the feast of St. Faustina, this coloring page was found at Divine Mercy kids

voila! our very own "stained glass" window.  The one to the right was for the Feast of the Guardian Angels.  I covered the greased coloring page with clear peel and stick laminate paper (aka contact paper) before we stuck it to the window

Hope you all had a great week. I'm looking forward to the colder temps this weekend but hoping we can hold off on turning on the furnace.  Happy weekend everyone!
