A Weekend Playlist

I am still getting over that ailment I wrote about on my last post.  The congestion is almost all gone so now I'm just trying to nourish myself back to health. I haven't managed to do too much fitness-wise other than walking. I did a P90x exercise yesterday and today I am so exhausted. Can't wait for the crud in my lungs to go away especially since my new running shoes is set to arrive shortly. It is a new emotion for me to be excited about shoes that are utilitarian instead of ornamental.

Anyhow, it's been awhile since I posted a playlist so let me share this new one. You don't have to run to listen to this list. You can dance in your kitchen, tap your feet while folding laundry, tune out the world and shimmy your way into the weekend.  I know that's what I'm doing while I recover.  Enjoy!
