A Welcome Back Playlist

Today I received an email reminding me to get ready for another Write31Days challenge.  That was exactly the kick I needed to get me back to blogging.  A few of you have asked why I stopped writing.  It wasn't really intentional but more circumstantial. My old laptop died and the teeny tablet we have is not the most convenient to write blog entries on. I am happy to report the offline time was very productive for me. Now with a new laptop that doesn't overheat and die in the middle of typing it is so very good to be back to the blog.

Here's a quick update on what I've missed writing about-
  • we have another teenager in the house making it three out of five kids (my prayer life is super charged lol)
  • our youngest had his First Communion, we are still in awe that we all now receive the Eucharist. He also learned to ride a bike this year
  • dear daughter finished her Freshman year successfully out of our homeschool
  • second youngest son was old enough to run track this past Spring and he just discovered the joys of making French toast

If I remember anything else you can be sure there will be a blog post coming up.

For those wondering how the running is going, it's going.  We are officially signed up to run another Hot Chocolate race.  My sister and brother-in-law will be coming to town again so it will be fun.

I have a new running playlist to share so here it goes -
  • Co-Pilot - Andy Grammer
  • Joy. - For King and Country
  • Born To Be Yours - Kygo, Imagine Dragons
  • Lullaby - Sigala, Paloma Faith
  • Girl On Fire - Alicia Keys
  • Runnin' - Gabrielle Taryn, Joshua David Evans
  • If You Go - Javier Dunn
  • Wide Awake - Joel Vaughn
  • Hurt Somebody (Matoma Remix) - Noah Kahan
  • Whole Lives - Jake Scott
  • It's You - Wrabel, Magical Thinker
  • Stranger Things - Kygo, One Republic
Enjoy!

Coffee was the only way to survive the blogging hiatus
