The Baking Girl - Strawberry Shortcake and Oreo Pie

I can't keep up with The Baking Girl.  She's been busy in the kitchen and we seem to either forget to take pictures or we can't find the camera when we remember.  With the Summer heat already here it's not always fun to bake in a hot kitchen so the girl is on the lookout for recipes that require little baking or no baking at all.  Strawberry Shortcake and Oreo Pie fits that bill today.  She used a standard recipe for these so I will not be posting it.  To be precise, she kind of just winged the shortcake recipe that's why I don't have the it. For the Oreo pie she just followed the instructions on the box.

and of course it's not a normal baking day over here if the husband does not pull a practical joke (it's not real blood, it's strawberry juice!)
