Outside My Window - street lamps to light the way home. We've bagged up all of the fallen leaves from our tree, so our yard is now empty.
I'm Listening To - my Sleeping at Last playlist. Funny enough, I planned to do a thanksgiving post on music before Jacob did so yesterday, but I figured it would be repetitive if I wrote on the same topic so for today, a day-book will suffice! I did plan on raving about Sleeping at Last and the way their music seems to magically heal hurting hearts, but again it would be repetitive as I did so in a post last year. I would recommend their music a million times over, it's gorgeous in both sound and lyrics.
The Week Ahead - oh goodness, busy busy. So much studying. I had a religion test yesterday, a history test today, and I have chemistry and math tests on Thursday. I'm babysitting this week, I have plenty of chores to catch up on, and it all sounds daunting, but it's almost thanksgiving break so I have something to look forward to.
What's Cooking - nothing at the moment, since Mom and Dad went out to run some errands this evening and brought home some dinner.
Prayers- for some teachers and their families, friends and family who are traveling this week, those who are struggling, and for so much more.
What I'm Reading - nothing right now, although I desperately want to read the Anne of Green Gables series again. I watched the Anne with an E series recently and despite the inaccuracies to the book, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Since finishing it, I've started rethinking my life and honestly building a fort in the woods and going around dramatically rambling about anything and everything sounds wonderful. Anyways, I haven't read the books in a thousand years, but one day soon I'll gather them up and read them. Maybe over Christmas break.
30 Days Of Thanks - as the day goes on, I always find myself offering up thanks to Jesus for millions of different things, big and small, but for some strange reason I struggle to pin down ideas when it comes to these posts. Oh, I know. I'm thankful for passing my history test today and finishing with a good grade. That was a huge relief.
Picture Perfect - this picture from our summer vacation, because I miss the warmth of summer. I feel like I haven't stopped shivering in weeks.
