30 Days Of Thanks - No School!
The weather forecast called for a slight chance of snow. That was enough for some kids in this home to wish for a snow day. Instead, we got mostly freezing rain so school was not skipped. Tomorrow, however, one child has no school and the other two on an early dismissal. For me this means enjoying a movie night with no concerns of an early drive. I must admit to missing those early homeschool days when we can take off a day or two as we see fit. Now these little breaks have become such a treat and we try to do something special and fun to take advantage.
