The People I Admire

"She is clothed with strength and dignity and laughs at the days to come" - Proverbs 31:25

 It was such a beautiful Autumn day today.  Unfortunately, we were home bound with the flu so instead of our usual outdoor adventures we were huddled on the couch watching college football (Go Bucks!) The girl has been the most sick.  She still has a fever and her cough isn't getting any better.  It is finally hitting me today how exhausted I am so to give my brain cells a break I will use today's Write31Days prompt- A person I admire.

I have been thinking about this.  Throughout the course of my life I have admired many people so it's really hard to pin down a specific person.  And my husband has forbidden me to write about him seeing as he is my most admired person LOL.  

I am very privileged to be around so many admirable people, most of them are my friends.  These women are inspiring me on a daily basis to live my faith and endure through the hard times.  I'm in awe of so many of them who are enduring difficult situations, chronic illnesses, and some carry a perpetual cross. I am learning that those who are the closest to Jesus have the heaviest crosses to carry.  I am also learning from these people that you can carry the cross with grace and heroic virtue. Simply put, I am surrounded by living saints and I am humbled to call them friends.
